PROTOTYPE 2 Xbox360 Game Save Editor
PROTOTYPE 2 Xbox360 Game Save Editor does the rehash/resign for you.

-Skills ( this will unlock and acquire all skills )
HOW TO USE:
1) Extract your save to the desktop!
2) Use With Hard Save (B and onwards) Auto save (Slot_A) Wont Work!
3) Open your save with mod tool!
4) The tool will display your current XP total!
5) Simply type the amount of XP you wish to have (Max recommended 2000000) or Simply hit the Max XP button to max your player XP.
6) Re-Hash and Re-Sign!
7) Then inject the save onto your USB memory Stick or directly on to your Xbox 360 hard drive!
NOTES:
> Always backup your original save before modding!
> It’s recommended to use Horizon for resigning/rehashing. Modio is known for corrupting saves.
> It’s recommended to mod your save only if you passed “Brain Drain”.
> If you max the XP it will jump you to level 22 And you will have 22 upgrde points to spend. Enough to unlock all of your upgrades.
> You can not mod the full 23 levels as it seems to mess up the game if you do But 2520000XP is only 10k off of level 23 anyway
